The app aims to establish direct communication with the people of Bihar, to become aware of their problems and complaints and to establish an effective system for their prompt resolution. The program is based on the principles of justice, inclusive development, and good governance. The app lets users interact with the honorable Chief Minister of Bihar and share their grievances and suggestions with him. The program is held every first, second, and third Monday of the month, where officials from various departments listen to the problems and complaints of the people and provide solutions. The program is held at the Janata Darbar Bhavan, Chief Minister's Secretariat, 4 Deshratna Marg, Patna.
